Many processes in wood painting require bottom color spraying or surface color trimming. The construction requirements are relatively simple. The color trimming is directly sprayed with a spray gun. It can be sprayed in place according to the effect required by the color plate. Different construction effects can be achieved according to the different pigment color pastes used.
1. Water-based rubbing and coloring:
1) General construction requirements: easy to wipe, long construction time limit, good coloring, soft and bright wood grain after wiping, which can improve the added value of the product.
2) Application of the product: wipe with a cloth in a spiral shape, push the color wiping agent into the wood fiber conduit to fully fill the brown eyes, and then wipe the surface clean with a clean cloth along the direction of the wood grain, paying special attention to the groove part. Clean up thoroughly. Water-based wiping agent has the problem that it is not easy to wipe off after drying. Attention should be paid to large-area construction. It can be considered to spray with a large-diameter spray gun after adding appropriate amount of water or brush evenly before wiping. After the product is wiped, the water-based paint can be directly applied. If the upper layer uses solvent-based PU or NC paint, the water-based colorant needs to be dried thoroughly before construction.

3. Water-based roller coating and coloring: Factory assembly line operations often require roller coating and coloring of roller coater. The construction substrate is wood with large brown eyes (conduits), and the main purpose is to highlight its texture effect. The specific construction process is:
1) water-based roller coloring agent plus 5-20qk color paste color, fully stirred evenly.
2) Pump the colored colorant to the roller shaft of the roller coater. After the colorant on the roller shaft rolls evenly, start to convey the wood board for coloring. There is a brush roller behind the roller, which will squeeze the colorant into the conduit and brush off the excess colorant.
3) After the bottom colorant is dried, spray or roll-coat water-based paint and solvent-based paint on the above-mentioned coloring substrate on time.
4. Water-based dip coating and coloring: Generally, it is required to have good sealing property, good permeability and uniform coloring for wood, so as to reduce the water rise of wood texture during the construction of water-based bottom coat and reduce the problem of late collapse of coating film. Specific construction precautions are as follows:
1) the relative humidity of wood should be detected before construction. The moisture content of wood is 12% to 14%, which can achieve the best coating effect.
2) Make sure that the drain overflows with impregnating agent.
3) Wood should be dusted to avoid contamination of the impregnating agent.
